Tinnitus Management Policies
O’Connor Hearing Center Tinnitus Management Policies:
Tinnitus is a very individual and difficult to treat condition. While we hope and expect you will have dramatic and long lasting success with which ever treatment option you choose, OHC cannot guarantee success.
The following are OHC policies for refunds:
Hearing Aids: All hearing aids are sold with a “30 Day Trial” policy. This means you can return the hearing aid(s) for a complete refund (minus $100.00 restocking fee).
Tinnitus Maskers: Same policy as hearing aids
Bedside Maskers: Complete refund if returned within 30 days with all materials and packaging in “like new” condition
Neuromonics: The Neuromonics return policy will be discussed at the time of evaluation
