Thomas E. O'Connor, M.A., CCC-A, FAAA

Thomas E. O'Connor, M.A., CCC-A, FAAA is an experienced clinical audiologist with over 25 years practice in audiology. Mr. O'Connor has experience in a wide variety of clinical environments. These have included clinical practice in a teaching university clinical center; providing a range of services as a commissioned officer in the United States Army, including service during Desert Storm operations. He has taught and provided clinical supervision in the Michigan State University audiology program and most recently was the manager of adult hearing aid services for the University of Michigan Health Services. Currently Mr. O’Connor is the President-Elect of the Michigan Academy of Audiology





Claudia Williams, B.S.

Claudia Williams, B.S. is a hearing aid specialist as well as business manager and President of O’Connor Hearing Center. She received a Bachelor's degree in Language Acquisition, Socialization and Psychology of the Hearing Impaired and Teacher Education for the Hearing Impaired from Eastern Michigan University. Ms. Williams has over 11 years experience as a State Licensed Hearing Instrument Specialist.
